We Can Do This Together

I started @howdoyoupeel as a way to allow people to know that talking about our mental health with others is a powerful tool. Not just for ourselves but for others who might be struggling.


It's important to destigmatise mental health and start open conversations about it. The aim of How Do You Peel? is to help create a safe space where people can share their struggles and support each other. With your help we can advocate for mental health awareness and encouraging conversations in different settings.


Here at How do you peel? we are spreading the message that it's okay not to feel okay, and that seeking help is a sign of strength. Remember to take care of yourself as well, and seek support when you need it.


We can help to reduce stigma and encourage people to seek help when they need it. By talking openly about our own experiences with mental health, we can also help others who may be struggling to feel less alone and more supported. It's important to remember that mental health is just as important as physical health, and that seeking help for mental health concerns is a sign of strength, not weakness.


So keep up the good work you're doing great.


Let's be there for our friends and family and all those that we spend our time with.
