Starting morning meditation can be very daunting. You might be asking yourself: Where do I begin? What am I supposed to do? My mind is always on, how on earth could I meditate?
Well let me just let you into a little secret. My thoughts wonder Just like yours. It is completely natural. It doesn’t make you bad at meditating to have thoughts in your head don‘t put pressure on your self.

How To Start Morning Meditation?
I have wanted to be able to meditate daily for a long time. it was an aim of mine to help wit my daily routine and homefully my mental health. And I am so happy I found this incredible tool this year.
Last year I was not in the state of mind to be able to add morning meditation into my daily routine, without feeling too stressed if I didn’t do it and then just completely giving up.
I can tell you that the wonderful Aisling Leonard has made it very easy for us all to learn how to start morning meditation.
Aisling has created an amazing 21 day morning meditation challenge!!
I know it’s fantastic.
She has done all the hard work for you and simply has created videos on YouTube for you to follow. Along with a meditation calendar that includes daily mindful tasks to set you up for the day. I am up to day 18 of 21 days, and I can tell you it has helped me so much so far.
I have started my days with a brighter and more motivated mindset.
The breathing exercises help calm my parasympathetic nervous system, setting me up to be calm and relaxed.
After talking with Aisling it was amazing to hear her motivation behind putting out this 21 Days of Morning Meditation.

You don't have to sit up in a lotus position and sit up straight in the most uncomfortable way, you can meditate from your bed as Aisling leads you through useful meditation techniques.
